REGISTRATION: Golf is a separate event with separate registration from the Convention. The registration includes Greens & Cart Fees, Driving Range, and Lunch and Awards Reception.

SCHEDULE: Registration begins at 11:00 am. Lunch starts at 11:30 am. Open scramble format with a Shotgun start at 12:30 pm. Soft spikes only. Golf awards will be immediately following tournament. No reservations will be held without payment.
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds after October 1, 2013. To be considered for a refund, you must send your cancellation request in writing to FIWT at fiwt@msn.com prior to October 1, 2013.
